Andrew Gremlich

Helping people build better code and better selves.

"The best revenge is not to be like your enemy."

— Ryan Holiday, paraphrasing Marcus Aurelius
Andrew Gremlich

Hi! I'm Andrew. I work with clients on code and navigating conflicts. On the technical side, I'm a longtime web engineer and open-source contributor. On the coaching side, I give engineers a confidential space to process workplace friction and walk away with practical tools for a safer, more honest team. I don't believe conflicts are to be afraid of, but rather there needs to be a deliberate approach to a healthy conflict.

Hard work makes life rich, and hard conversations make work bearable. If either is sitting on your desk right now, that's exactly the kind of thing I help with.
